Lovely place, pitch and putt in the park, nice little shops. Very friendly and the jewel in the crown is Biere Du Maison, great selection of beer, lager, cider. Drink in, take out and sometimes there's locally made pork pies from the tea room next door. Perfect.
Full of atmosphere! A great selection of small shops, cafes and a super antique area. So interesting and well worth a visit.
Quiet at the moment due to being in tier 3 but still worth a visit
Some lovely boutique shops to look round with a couple of large antique centres that have loads to look at. Some great walks close by too so a very nice spot to visit.
Excellent place to visit Lots of eating places and shops, children's indoor play area and antique centre, pine shop, traditional sweet shop, and across the road is a beautiful park. Excellent family day out.
Pleasant surroundings, varied activities, interesting shops and venues. A good place to browse antiques. Best to have a plan, goal and budget before antique shopping. A little research goes a long way.
Love love love this place! So friendly and helpful. I travel here regularly and have never left empty handed yet
Nice place to spend a couple of hours. We particularly love the sweet shop and craft shop.
Nice to look round on a wet day like today. Very interesting antiques area but social distancing notices hard to follow as is like a maze in normal times!! Other shops, areas not of interest to me personally & a shame trains not running but passed on a couple of hours....good that no parking or admission charges.
