I don't see a lot of reviews on this doctors surgery but Inthought I would add one. Every time I have spoken to the staff or doctors they have been kind and very helpful. I wished people would appreciate what they have got , this is still a time forgot doctors.Clealy some people have never experienced medical centers in London areas where your lucky to get an appointment within 2-3 weeks or sit in AE for a whole day. I love the fact that you can walk in ask for help and you get it or pick up your prescription dispensed at the surgery heaven. Well done I hope you don't close down and move out to Abbeyfield it would be a loss to the local community. Keep up the good work.
They never pick up phone despite recommendation of 8 am call. First they are engaged then each waiting number take over 30 minutes to pick up and by that time all appointments are gone. Repeat prescription are taking 5 days to to be cleared up instead of 2 days, come on we are out of covid now.
A great doctor’s surgery can’t be faulted at all
