Why do we have a very good park and ride waiting room that is only open for half of a day? This is Aberdeen-shire where it gets very cold in the winter with heavy rain, high winds, sleet and snow to contend with. Waiting for a bus outside in the early morning or evening is no place to stand. The bus shelter doesn't offer much shelter. Also, during the recent snow covering the car park and paths were not treated with salt or grit till the snow was already compacted making it treterous for walkers coming and going to their cars and also when attemting to walk a safe path at the bus stop to get on a bus. I am sure someone must have fallen and hurt themselves. The council who look after the shelter and building did nothing to help pedestrians during this time of solid ice. If they can do it in France, Germany, Austria,Switzerland and Italy surely our council can do it here!
