Nicola Hall helped us out on so many occasions. We have had a tricky and emotional couple of years which have been mad easier by the support and guidance given by Nicola. In the space of a year we sadly lost two close members of our family who hadn't updated their wills since the 70s. There were lots of complications and as executors we felt daunted by the work we had to undertake. Someone recommended Nicola and we're so glad they did. She helped us through a very difficult time in ours lives and made the task so much easier. We would highly recommend her. She was courteous and we felt that she genuinely cared. She came up with suggestions that we would have never known existed and ended up saving the estate a lot of money. At an emotional time like this you really need someone you can trust and we are glad that we put our trust in Nicola. She took her time with us and guided us through the confusing world of probate. We can't thank her enough for all she did. She really did go above and beyond.

Should you find yourself in the painful position of needing a Probate Solicitor then look no further than Nicola Hall of Ellis Jones. Following the sudden and unexpected death of my Dad I was linked with Nicola and remain eternally grateful for that connection. Nicola handled absolutely every aspect of dealing with Dad's estate with complete sensitivity and feeling whilst making sure that I understood what was happening at every step. I felt like she was genuinely going through the grieving process with me. At a time like this, you are not thinking straight, not capable of handling the most simple of tasks without breaking down. Nicola was patient, kind, sympathetic and talked to me like a human being. She recalled how I referred to Dad and that was referenced in all her correspondence, something that was so very comforting in what continues to be such a painful time. It was truly like speaking to a very clever friend rather than a detached solicitor. I felt in very safe hands. I went on to ask Nicola to help me draw up a Will and can honestly say I will not use anyone else to help me with these type of matters going forward.

I have to say that the they were professional, knowledgeable and really helpful and patient guiding us through all of the various steps being first time buyers. Going above and beyond seems to be the norm for them. I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to Ellis Jones. And will personally continue to use them in the future.

Our chairman of the companies Aspen Investment's ltd and Arrowedge ltd. has used Ellis Jones for usual property purchases - but recently has used Ellis Jones for Share purchases and found them exceptional with the amount of knowledge and rapid speed at which they deal with the transactions - found Neil Cook and Victoria Simpkin really helpful and efficient in executing the deals..
