absolutely amazing. the bouquet was better than I could imagine and they got them to my mum on her birthday. I couldn't ask for a better service and I will definitely use you again. you pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond. my mum had happy tears for the flowers delivered from heaven top job!

My daughter got in touch with Ellie Mae Florist, to arrange some flowers for our Ma/Grandma's coffin as she loved flowers. We asked for white lillies her name was Lily, pink rose fav colour, freesias fav flower, Thistle she was Scottish, tied with a pink bow fav colour again. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, just as we'd asked for but so much more. Very reasonable priced also. Thank you so much for getting it absolutely spot on & for taking photos so we could see them, we really appreciate that. As it was a direct cremation & we were not present.

I ordered online directly via Ellie Mae Florist web site. Site is very user friendly. I live in U.S.A., but wanted flowers as a Christmas gift for a friend in Basildon area.... Flowers were magnificently... perfection & gorgeously arranged....Someone did a great job on 20th December 2021.  My friend said she has never in her 60 plus years of life, ever received such a beautiful & perfect arrangement of flowers...Not one imperfection could be had. It was a very pleasant experience to do business with you....I'll always use this shop to order from now on.

Ordered a beautiful country style basket for family funeral. Easy online order form, confirmation that flowers had been delivered to address in plenty of time. Ordered some flowers for my Nan who has been poorly and accidentally put in the wrong address which luckily was picked up and they called me to get the right address! The flowers were absolutely stunning and great value for money! My Nan was very happy!
