Course was in good condition maintenance was being done on main tee boxes so temporary ones used going into winter. Greens in good condition and efforts being made by grounds staff to clear leaves off fairways and greens. Excellent price for a round of golf and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. I hope to become a member here as you can see the effort being put into the club.
Really greened up after the warmest summer on record
Played today and the course is in worse condition now than when I played it 18 months ago ... definitely would not recommend...I heard its been taken over and was getting better , I would like to know where its getting better ..greens are so so poor , some of them are completely bald ...some tee boxes covered in leafs and just as bald as greens
Course Is a typical municipal standard although it’s not council maintained. Some interesting holes but the bunkers need sorting out and greens need work. Gets very wet in the winter but currently it’s Rock hard. With some investment it could play so much better. Fairways are probably the best part of it at the moment.
It's improving. Came in April and at that time I'd have given it 1 star! I'd give it 3.5 now. They are obviously putting in a lot of work. The greens especially were better. There's still work to be done and hopefully the owners will continue with the good work done so far.
