I would just like to say a big thank you to Eddie our bus driver this weekend, for my daughters Hen weekend to Harrogate. We had a great weekend - Liz.
My husband and mates used your coach to go to Cartmel races yesterday... Service was fab and Skip very helpful and friendly.
Great company drivers courteous and professional
Booked coaches for my wedding day on 05/10/19, the coach delivering day guests was supposed to wait and take guests between the place of marriage and venue, however the coach vanished, I had to spend 10 minutes trying to call the company on the day only to be told there had been a mistake and it would take an hour to get another coach to me, my guests had to make their own way to the venue which really put a dampener on our day! Ellenvale offered to refund me the extra money I paid to have the coach wait plus £10 as an apology which quite frankly is insulting. Apart from this the day guests said the coach trip coming through was like a "white knuckle ride" many guests were unsure if the night coach would even turn up and made their own way home, as it was only 5 guests stayed until the end to catch the night coach home! I'm afraid I would never use this company again.
Good coach company and the Bosses son Stephen was an excellent driver.
The bus did not show up at the right time as what it said on the bus timetable.
DONT NOT USE NO STARS IF I COULD. SHOUTING AT A 18 YEAR OLD GIRL DOWN THE PHONE WHEN ALL I DID WAS ASK WHEN THE BUS WOULD BE BECAUSE THE BUS WAS LATE. THEN AFTER AN HOUR THE TAXIS FINALLY CAME FOR THE DRIVERS TO SHOUTING AND SWEARING AT US. NEVER SEEN A WORSE SERVICE
