We have been working with Elite Spas for nearly 2 years and have sold approx 150 spas at the time of writing this review. Great company to do business with. We get parts quickly and we support our clients with a professional after sale. The Aspen and Alps spas are some of the best value spas on the market and when you do real research you can see they are great value USA tubs. Maybe we are biased but I wouldn't be doing business with a company if they didn't give us the support and help we need for our clients. Thank you Elite Spas

Best thing we ever done buying a hot tub and these guys are just the best.. right from the start.. even the after care if we got a problem or a Q jason is always on hand and quick to respond.. the delivery and set up was great thanx to jason and keiran .. love our new hot tub thanx guys xx

I speak as a customer of elite and find some of the comments left here almost unbelievable. There is not a company in the world that gets it 100 % right 100% of the time. However if you want value for money, honesty, respect and a no nonsense all around service, there is no other company I would put my faith in. The product is good, the price is sensible and the warranty, well it speaks for itself. Have an issue they will respond and resolve to your satisfaction. Sadly I can only assume like many scammers or jealous competitors how easy is it to google a negative review with little or no substance in the hope it destroys a companies hard earnt reputation.

I needed a small spare part that was not in stock, but they removed the part I wanted from a new stock tub and I received it the next day. That is service that is hard to find these days. Thank you for your speedy service Nev H Devon Hills
