I joined the elite team in June after seeing the results of one of my besties who'd been with them since January. It's not an overnight miracle and it takes a lot of hard work, stamina and dedication but stick with it and you will see the results. The coaches are fantastic and knowledgeable, they'll work around injuries and give you alternatives to help strengthen and the sessions varied and fun. I'd recommend them to anyone no matter what shape, size or fitness level you're at.

After nearly 25 yrs since last stepping foot in a gym, I’ve found Elite Personal fitness a warm and friendly environment. The training team are dedicated and focussed to improving your fitness and stamina. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my first couple of months at Elite, and I am already seeing improvements in my health, weight loss and muscle development.

I joined the Elite family back in August looking to lose weight and get fit.  It's now December and I'm 4 stone lighter and so much happier.  The diet and training advice is easy to understand and realistic. The FITCAMP sessions are fun and varied.  The coaches are supportive but tough.  I can't recommend Simon and Elite enough!

Joining elite is the best decision I've made, when I started I had no energy so I even walking up the stairs was hard work and was eating all the wrong foods.  10 weeks in and All that's changed. Cannot recommend the team enough, they are so helpful and supportive. I don't think I could have done it without them

Just joined the small training group I have done some training with Simon before and found it so effective and professional I'm looking to improve my strength so Simon is doing me a plan to help me along I would recommend elite pt to anyone looking to start fitness
