3.5t driver blocked me in a drive. I politely asked him to move, he told me to 'deal with it' & didn't move, so I accepted it. I understand that these drivers are under a lot of pressure. However, when I asked how long he's going to be, he proceeded to yell at me & aggressively swear at me. I understand that there's frustrations in these lines of work, but it is not right for anyone to yell at someone like that in the middle of town.
Whenever you want to change the slightest account detail there’s an issue with Elite. You would have thought updating a direct debit would be easy. Gave them a month’s notice our bank account would be switching - no response to about 8 emails chasing them. They then email when the direct debit is returned unpaid - no interest in the complete lack of customer service in actually responding to the original emails. Then when the new direct debit is finally set up they take the payment, and email saying it’s bounced. Sarah Pritchard is the most incompetent person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We only buy one product from Elite and I have contact that company direct to explain our frustrations with Elite and see where else we can get it from. 1* is too rewarding for this company. Avoid if you can.
The van I saw today in Cornwall was being driven by an absolute moron. I only barely avoided colliding with the fool and his shiny for now new van.
Your delivery driver followed me from the Wandsworth roundabout aggressively all the way to Fulham because I was in the wrong lane. He made me feel very scared today . His first bit on the number plate or L3 23. It was terrible - he should not be driving - this aggressiveness went on for about an hour. This man should not be driving for you . Aggressive man .
If i could give zero stars i would. Literally every order there is an issue - wrong delivery addresses - forever updating the address to only have wrong addresses on my account, missing items - 80% of orders at times, gates left unlocked, prices not put on items, deliveries not turning until late afternoon - latest delivery was 7pm and 80% was missing, issues with keys, orders just left outside on the street. I should invoice them for all the time i waste on the phone to customer services or my rep. AVOID if you value your business and being able to open
