I had to order some flowers for a funeral on behalf of a friend from abroad and had an extremely short timescale for them to arrive. I obviously didn’t want to let her down. I spoke to Ari, the owner, who immediately put any concerns at rest. He offered to contact me to let me know they had arrived. On the day, I received a call from the driver to confirm they had arrived and Ari himself then gave me a courtesy call to confirm everything had gone smoothly. Excellent customer service and I will definitely use again! Thank you Elisana Florist!

Super lovely mothers day flowers! Really nice staff. I'd recommend this place. Plus you can usually park down a back street.

Rude and aggressive bouncer (yes bouncer) telling a mother to get her buggy and newborn baby out of the store whilst she was waiting for her flowers when i arrived. Clearly making up prices for mothers day. Adding on £5 here and there on things already priced. Miserable staff. Unimaginative bouquets. I've given them the benefit of the doubt before as they're local and theres not much around Turnpike, but some places dont deserve my money. Wont go there again.

My go-to florist in North London which holds more stock that the local flower market!!! I always leave this shop impressed. Honest pricing, free delivery and good service.
