This is a must-do activity in Fife! Such a unique experience and a really great set up. Judith is a fantastic host who was super helpful and friendly.
Beautiful location and so nice to alternate with sea dips. We found that the sauna wasn’t hot enough, though. Temp gauge said just under 80, but felt cooler with 12 people coming in and out the door quite often. By the last sauna session it couldn’t even get the sea chill away and we noticed there wasn’t any wood still burning in the stove we alerted the guy working there.
Booked this delightful sauna for an hour for our family. What a treat. Judith is extremely welcoming and had everything ready for us. The views are amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better setting. Would highly recommend.
What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon! The Elie Seaside Sauna is a fab activity, in a gorgeous location. We spent a cold March Thursday at the sauna, and although the tide was out we managed to run down and back to the sea! The buckets of ice cold water also provided an invigorating splash when the heat got too much. Judith was a pleasure to deal with, and the sauna is a unique way to enjoy the harbour. Will definitely be back.
Omg this was amazing. My bestie Sharon and I arrived at 2pm on Friday 6th September. We absolutely loved the whole experience. The owner greeted us and from the outset we knew we were going to have the best time. Even had a wee paddle in the sea and used the buckets of cold water to throw over ourselves well one brave person did . Thoroughly recommend the Dune sauna.nClaire
