Carrot cake was lovely, tea very weak and service poor, when it did eventually arrive! Used to be first class but with so many others in the area, up your game to remain. Felt like it was an inconvenience wanting to spend money, interrupting staff conversations!

It's OK. Nice place, looks great, food healthy and inventive. The food just isn't as good as it looks, and maybe a touch overpriced. Service a bit hit and miss also. Your Mum would love it.

Very nice cakes and coffee, however not all cakes were behind screens and very close indeed to customers. Tables not wiped down between customers. Hence lower rating.

Eliane is a bit pricey comparing to other high street coffee shops but cakes are delicious and freshly baked in there. Food is also freshly cooked on the premises. Coffee is delicious and hot - just the way I like it! Service is very friendly and not in your face.
