Matt has helped me get nearly all my movement back in my broken finger, all within a few sessions, he always explains what he is doing and why, I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a superb physio

Top notch physiotherapy and sports massage. Matt has done wonders for my back and its a breath of fresh air to have someone so passionate. Highly recommended. Pre book is required but can usually. Get you in the same week.

I had been suffering from a shoulder injury for several months before being advised to go to a physiotherapist. I picked Matt due to the good reviews, and I have to say I was not disappointed. It took several sessions before the pain cleared and I could use my arm normally. I heartily recommend him. He is a knowledgeable man who puts you at ease.

I went to Matt with a knee pain that was being brought on by running and cycling. My training loads were increasing due to triathlon training so I wanted to get it sorted. Rather than traditional techniques, Matt tried some more basic ideas such as backwards walking and dynamic moves (step and reach, fast feet) with the aim of re-programming the neural pathways. Doing this at least every other day over 8-10 weeks has worked wonders and I'm now pain free after a weekend of 11miles running, 3 miles swimming and 66miles cycling. After half marathons in February and March I had 8/10 pain lasting several hours. Matt is really knowledgable but also very approachable and friendly. We always had a nice chat too. Thanks Matt!

So impressed with Matt, his services, support and prices. I had never had a sports injury before and was in a lot of pain so I looked on Google and came across Matt. So happy I did!! I would highly recommend him. He wants you to get better and the prices are really good!! Thanks so much for your help Matt!!
