Not one of the greatest thai places I've been to. Very average dishes, nothing to write home about. Service was great. For the price we paid, I can get far better Thai elsewhere.
Nice and friendly customer service. We had spare ribs, roast duck and rice in pineapple. Presentation was very good too.
The waitress had no idea what was in the drink or the sauce. Food was very average. Pad Thai was bland and below standard. I'll definitely be avoiding this place.
Good variety of tasty Thai food. I’m a Papaya Salad lover, so mostly any Thai place I went to, I had to order one of these salads. It’s made freshly and the taste is nice as well. I’ve been there twice and the quality was both times good. I ate as well Pad Thai and some other dishes and these have been very delicious as well - The only thing I missed was dried shrimps. It’s maybe a bit pricey but good for what you get. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed of the drinks since they have been way too sweet Cocktails
Really tasty meals served in a relaxed atmosphere. The sound of the water fountain is soothing. Spacious as well. It is advisable to choose different mains and share when in a group. Enjoyed the desserts as well. There is a sunday buffet from 12 to 4pm. Going to try it soon. Can be a bit pricey though
Went there this Sunday. Manager was very nice and courtiest. Most of the food was ok but not as good as it was few years ago. Sweet & sour prawns was not nice at all. It was too sweet and wasn't sour. I remember ordering this last time too and felt the same. Even though I love sweet and sour prawns, I want be ordering this dish again.
Overrated Thai restaurant that is usually very busy. This is confusing to me, as the food is average at best. I ordered two extra spicy dishes and these came covered in black peppercorns, they could not even be bothered to use chilies. I may have just been unfortunate, but I got the feeling that the staff really were not too interested in the customers. However, I have many friends who actually recommend it and come regularly. It is probably best to try their Sunday Buffet which is relatively good value and has a decent selection of dishes. I hope that you fair better than I did.
One of the best Thai restaurants in London if not the best. I first started eating here around 10 years ago. Very fresh food packed with flavour. I have travelled to Thailand many times so know my Thai food and have no hesitation in stating that Elephant Royale offers a authentic Thai culinary experience. The lobster is a favourite of mine.
Very good food and many varieties. Service as quick as possible. Biggest restaurant with wonderful setup. Price very good . Taste of asian epics always super hot and spicy. Excellent time with family . Kids love the food nicely decorated present well with nice mango smoothies. All choice available. Highly recommend.
Family went there on Saturday evening, live music, great atmosphere and great service. Was disappointed with 10% service charge even though it's optional. Was trying out Thai food for the first time so bit cautious but surprisingly good flavour.
