Very poor. Delivery well over estimated 45 minutes yet again - 3rd time for us. Chips white and soggy - every time salad mostly red cabbage - er why? One piece of tomato, one piece of cucumber and a bit of lettuce. Lots of meat but dry and pitta bread not worth mentioning. Won't bother ever again.

Excellent quality food. Has a 5 star hygiene rating from local council which would disprove those fake reviews posted by desperate rivals. Home delivery is also a highly recommended service. Incredibly polite drivers. Food is of high standard with good size portions. This shop consistently provides excellent service and great food.
Food came burnt was not your traditional kofte kebab, was not even edible went straight into bin. called restaurant to discuss this was so unhelpful and did not care about what we told them. the pitta bread was even stale and smelt funny. I aint one to complain but this was not acceptable. I said if we can have a refund the apparent chef said no, I said we'll can you come pick this up and send us a new meal as we hungry and aint eaten all day. he said no. I got pictures on how disgusting this looks any turkish person or anyone in fact will be disgusted by what it looked like. I run a business in food industry and any customer issues we try to make it right not push a customer away. never coming back he dont recommend at all stay away from this place no care at all from them
My children and I have been eating Elena's traditional style, good old fashioned chips please note they're not fries for a number of years now. Always freshly cooked and fluffy on the inside - mmmmm. The customer service is stellar hence the 5* - very generous when making amends and more impressively, they were very gracious when a perceived fault later on turned out to be not their error after all. Traditional menu, plus kebabs and nice and fresh salad on offer, very much worth a visit if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed
Ordered food and when it arrived it smelled like a toilet, the food was definitely gone off. Everyone ended up throwing the food away. It was covered in heavy sauces to mask it. It definitely tasted off and smelled gone off. Everything was a waste. I called for them to give me a refund and they agreed, but ended up not happening. Absolutely terrible food. The meats probably off.
Very friendly. Good service. Gave us some chicken wings for free. The only problem is my 8 year old son had severe food poisoning the same night. Vomiting and diarrhoea. Either his burger wasn't cooked properly or it was down to poor hygiene. Won't be visiting again.
