Do not even think of trying to rent a room with this company, they are not professional at all, I was attended by Michael J. Paddon and apart from his lack of professionalism for not meeting the deadlines that he himself set, he wanted to rent a house that was not furnished even though the advert said it would be, I made it clear the day I went to see the house that I was in a hurry because I had to leave the house I was in and he said there were no problems, that the furniture would be ready for the day of the move, which did not happen. In conclusion, look for any other property that has nothing to do with this company, otherwise you will regret it. Enjoy the £150 and I hope they make you rich Michael .
This is the best property agency in Lincoln. Very swift and fast Their staffs are the kindest I’ve ever seen It’s my first time in the UK as an international student and they were so kind and understanding.
Awful! I applied to rent 28 Severn St. off this company. Payed my holding deposit and after this they tried to change the rental amount from £99 bill included to £120 bills included. When quizzed on it he claimed they advertised right. I then showed them there advertisement on spare room which confirmed what I was saying. He then started to acknowledge fault. He then got shirty when I said I wasn’t willing to pay the extra £20 a week and would like a refund and this resulted in getting hung up on and blocked. do not use! Dodgy fraudulent company. Also Miriam works for them . So I assume no one has put 5 stars for them apart from themselves.
Great staff from start to finish. I rented a property from them in Leeds and the team were always happy to answer any queries I had. The service they provided was exceptional. I would strongly recommend Elements Built services to any prospective tenants.
Fast, and excellent performance. Highly recommended. SESAME in Leeds had great experience with them.
Good communication and polite staff.
