what a negativity company, I am taking the time to write this review because I wish that you or he or she will not get treated the way the staff(sales and customer services) of Electrovision has treated and abuse they power over a easy single transaction for the value of £383.71. i do not know if i m going to see a penny back from it but please take the time to read my review and then decide if you want to Purchase goods from Electrovision or Not..... i have place an order two weeks ago, with a lady called Hellen, as I needed the goods before the Saturday event I asked her if there was enough time and she reply, i promise you that you will have it by Friday. She made me paid, on Friday nothing arrived, I then called on Friday around 4pm and she said now worries you will have by tomorrow guaranteed come Saturday, I spent hours on the phone and tracking my parcel finally manage to reach dpd agent and he said it should be there today. Monday arrived and still nothing. i add to stay at home the whole time and still no delivery. I have never received the goods or else, on the Tuesday i decided to called Hellen and she said don't worry you'll get your money back as soon as we get the goods back. After a week of waiting 9she got the good back) I called again and I ask why she hasn't called me to refund the money as agreed. She replied don't worry you'll have your money back today. I then ask how?. Hellen replied "we have your card details don't you worry". I then replied and explain that I wasn't happy that they keep my card details and asked her to make the payment and to delete them immediately after. Days past and still no payment, I then called again and Hellen apologies by saying she doesn't know why. Then more days past and still no payment, I have called every day and everyday they will ask for my card details and everyday will say payment is on is way. Still no payment today I called again today and Helen friend Amy(sale and customer service) said it could take a week. I know they take me for a ride, I have been patient, polite and honest, I hope I will get my money back I am trying not to stress on it, but one think more important is that I wish that this will not happen to you. regards .
