Staff are RUDE! And not helpful or nice in anyway!  Chichester store was great but bognor is being boycotted!

Super friendly and extremely helpful. I was served by two members of staff I didn’t catch names but their staff numbers on the receipts  are 56606 and 56540 who went above and beyond to help me with my enquiries. They provided very insightful information and really seemed to love their job. Thanks guys!

Good shop for getting rid of games you don't play anymore, and for picking up games slightly cheaper than buying new . Voucher last for a 1000 years !!!!!!!!

Good place in my area to buy items, but its very tedious and frustrating to sell your items. Please think before entering the store if you want to sell your items here. Its a great store dont get me wrong, its just their standards are pretty high for a second hand store. Also some of their equipment they test with dont work sometimes so keep that in mind too.

Went to sell 2 fully working phones. Was told a cash price of what I was expecting but wasn't told of any tests that was needed. Was just told that the guy that needs to authorize it wasn't in and to come back about an hour later. Came back to find they had tested my phones without informing me and was told one can't be taken because of a small visual chip in the back of the casing. They then were rude so therefore I am taking them both elsewhere. Used to be a good customer now not anymore as the service I received was extremely poor. All of this was from the bognor store and also they refused to repack the phones back into the boxes and made me do it. Will be putting this review on all your review sites

I've just come back from CeX after buying a second hand Xbox. I've given them 1 star because the Xbox I bought was faulty! It didn't work. Are they not supposed to check if the console is Working before buying second hand items. I believe they tried to sell me faulty equipment on purpose because it was my wife who went into the shop to purchase it £135.00, but I did get a refund when I went back 2 hrs later. Still not good enough, though. Don't buy from bognor CeX.

Usually i really like this store but yesterday I took my phone to sell 2 year old sony and it was turned down by the person with a terrible explanation that 'it didn't have some kind of seal so they weren't sure about the warranty' ?????? Only owner, changed because of new contract.. 2 year old mobile phone... took to the next door shop and his first question was "why they didn't get this for themselves?" as they checked and bought it and didn't find any 'seal' problems. So I have to think it was very 'personal'... sometimes you go to a shop they look at you up and down and start with "sorry". I can tell that her eye, not the refuse, but her eye upon me will make me choose another branch next time.

All though one of the smaller ones, staff are always very friendly and never a hassle to sell games.

Always great service and fair prices I think they genuinely have low trade in values but all in all they are the only shop around that really buy and sell all games and consoles so as a collector and fan of retro consoles it works for me
