Great service from Kain at Adey Locksmiths, following an attempted break in at my mum’s house. He was with us straight away and secured the house. Could not fault the service we got at such a horrible time and the new locks are so much better. All round brilliant service you can trust and definitely rely on.
Kain came to fix my door on 12.02.23. Arrived promptly, kept up great communication before the appointment and when he couldn’t find anything the matter with it, he was honest and didn’t charge me. I wouldn’t have known the difference. He also gave great advice on safety measures that I need to take. I will definitely be using him again.
Great job done, very awkward key broken deep into the barrel of security lock on my van. Took a great deal of patience to drill it out and extract it, without ruining the barrel, made even more difficult due to the extreme cold conditions - 3 deg .Definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again.
Accidentally damaged the mechanism on my upvc door. Contacted Kain and he came over a few hours later and made the door secure and came again the following day and repaired the door and installed more secure locks. Really professional and responsive. Thank you again.
Really efficient. Kain turned up when he said he would and the lock was was sorted really quickly. He also sorted a problem with one of our other doors. Great service and took pride in his work.
We were locked out of our house with our baby on a Sunday morning. It was 3 degrees outside. We gave Kane a call and he was with us in less than 30mins. He knows exactly what he’s doing and sorted it out the locks very quickly too, no mess. He sorted out a stiff lock for us as well, which wasn’t part of the call out. Absolutely superb customer service and great work. Kain at Halesowen Locksmiths was really responsive to enquiries, quoted for work, turned up even earlier than planned when I found I had more availability, arrived on time, did a fantastic job, quote was spot on and cleaned up afterwards!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Genuinely excellent.
Outstanding Service - Kain came out within 2 and a half hours of calling and it wasn't even an emergency. Change of lock was done to a great standard. Very happy with Kain's work.
My door lock had broken and I found myself stuck inside my first floor flat. Kain patiently managed to remove and replace the broken Yale mechanism with only cosmetic damage to the door and frame. Great service.
Kain did great work and was at the job as soon as he could. Really reliable, professional and clean and tidy after completing the work. I would recommend him any time.
