Would like to extend my thanks to Ross & Andrew for their great work in upgrading my apartment heating. I was very impressed by the fact that Ross was always available to answer any queries. I live in Athlone & they arrived exactly at time agreed. Work was carried out without any fuss. As a senior citizen I was apprehensive initially but one week after installation I am delighted I opted for this company. The remote control app is customer friendly & easy to use. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
A pleasure to deal with these guys. Ross kept me updated very well before installation. The lads arrived at the promised time. Andrew was fast efficient and very helpful during the installation. Meeting my requirements was top priority and what they wanted to do. After the installation was completed my old radiators were removed and the place was left neat and tidy. Before the lads left I was instructed in how to use the app to control the new radiators. I have no hesitation in recomending Electric Heating Solutions.
I want to give a shout out to Ross and his team for their professionalism and great work in upgrading my apartment's heating system. I highly recommend Electric Heating Solutions! Ross offered excellent advice and fully explained the different options available. He is a great listener and is capable of explaining everything in layman terms, helping you choose the best solution. The quotation given was very transparent and it was easy to understand. I was also highly impressed on high quickly the radiators were installed. The removal of 5 old radiators and the installation of 5 new smart radiators only took a couple of hours. I couldn't be happier! The team is very reliable and friendly!
Never been so happy to part with money! Absolutely excellent service from the first tentative inquiry one of many to other companies to installation. All questions/concerns/comparisons dealt with quickly and efficiently. 5 rads required to replace old storage heaters in an apartment. Quite a lot of discussion with Ross as we selected and swapped around rad sizes to suit our needs. Installation and old rad removal took about 4 hours - quick, very clean and good briefing from engineer on remote control on phone app. which is simple and remarkably versatile. And the big bonus, months later, was that Ross's claims on usage/output/efficiency which I assumed were a little sugar coated! were bang on! Cannot recommend more highly. After a lot fruitless Internet research, it was such a relief to discover Ross. He was patient and thorough in clearing up so many questions about replacing the old heating system in my apartment. His explanations were clear, fair, detailed and backed by his extensive knowledge and experience in this area. I felt well informed about my options before arriving at my final decision. I am delighted with the results. Ross and Andrew carried out a no fuss, clean installation that was up and running in a mornings work. They also removed the old storage heaters. Highly recommend this company. Ross and his team did an amazing job and were so helpful and easy to deal with. Radiator use is very customisable and you can easily tailor the heat output to your needs using the user friendly app. I couldn't fault the radiators or the service that was provided!
