I made an appointment for a quote and he didn’t show up. No message saying why or apology for not coming. I messaged him to ask why and he read the message but didn’t reply. What’s wrong with good customer service these days? I arranged my day for his arrival. A simple message would have shown care to his potential customer.
Great service, very professional & locally based in Stone. Have used electrisafe a few times now for light fittings, sockets etc but recently had all my outdoor lighting done with the dark nights - really pleased and would highly recommend Jamie
