A couple of years ago I purchased an engagement ring here, great service provided and advice/help with future cleaning. Highly recommended.
My wife and I have used Lauries for many years, always found them to be polite and helpful, their work is excellent, they have made various pieces of jewellery for the family over the years, always well pleased. My wife wished to have a ring made from her mother's engagement and wedding rings, she took a simple design idea to Martin and we picked up the ring yesterday. It was so perfect for what it represented that it brought tears to my wife's eyes. Cannot thank Martin enough.
Asked for a quote to re-set a diamond that had been knocked out of my engagement ring. I had the stone with me. Quoted me £110 for this and £250 total for an additional 'service' on the ring. I asked for a quote for this same work last year when I had actually lost the diamond and they quoted me less than a hundred pound to replace it. Took the ring to another reputable local jeweller who did the work for £18 and confirmed all the other stones were safe and didn't require further work.
I took a braclet in to see if it could be fixed as it was looking very dull + Mr.Laurie sorted it out there + then for me.Fantastic job - it came out all lovely + shiny + looking like new again - wonderful job. Very happy customer.
Called in after being recommended by someone. It's a lovely friendly shop with a choice of goods very expensive to very affordable. I wanted a present for my niece's christening. They didn't have in what I wanted but took my number and the next day rang to say had managed to locate the article. I was very pleased. Gift wrapped my present, it looks beautiful. Thanks Alex.
Martin did a fantastic job on both of my problematic Fossil watches. A highly recommended service and I would never consider having any repairs carried out elsewhere. THANKS!
Excellent customer service, always happy to help you, very polite staff, worth a visit with a wide selection on offer at reasonable prices. Only a short walk from liscard city centre and behind the shop is a large carpark in which you have to pay at a reasonable price.
