I just picked up my wifes dress and stain which I showed to the rude guy before wash. I been told its not a problem and it will be dealt with. On collection I noticed that stain is still there and been told its not their fault they cant wash it off. Also told me I wont get refund in rude way smiling and patronising. I paid £ 22.95 for nothing basically... terrible service, greedy rude man and dirty smelly place

I use to go here before it was purchased when I was Royal dry cleaning. I was quoted £18 on the phone when I took in a pink suit with gems on it, they said It would be £25 due to having gems all around the collar line. I was charged £25 and told that the stain came off on the shoulder when I asked on the phone before collection. When I collected the item the next day the stain was still there and a gem was missing. Got no call back to say if they found the gem or not.  This was 7 months ago to answer the questions posed by the owner

Recently I have given a few pair of uniforms for alternation and it has come out well, actually more than I expected, I would definitely recommend this place for alterations.

Very good service, my coat came back looking clean and new. Only negative is that it's a bit overpriced. It cost over £19 for my coat to be dry cleaned.

I've used Eisa Dry Cleaners a few times now and I must say they do a fantastic job with my business suits and shirts;  excellent customer service to boot, evidently the new owner is very dedicated to the business and provides an excellent service, no doubt those old and past 1 star reviews had a despondent previous owner. Highly recommended to all my family, friends and associates. Keep up the good work dear fellow.

Lovely and a professional dry cleaners they have done a great service cleaning my Karen Millen dresses, jackets & blouses. The new owner is very sweet and cares about his service to the more fussier women like myself. Thank u for always being polite and courteous
