The service was really good, staff were friendly and polite, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the food took a really long time to come out. It was definitely worth the wait, as it was delicious. It was our wedding anniversary with I mentioned when I booked, as soon as we sat down we were presented with 2 glasses of prossecco and a congratulations. Very nice touch. The room was lovely.
Great central location. Staff have been really friendly on the few tines we've stayed. Food is good quality pub grub. Nice big rooms too.
Rooms were very clean and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable and a great night sleep.nBreakfast was amazing and very tasty. Will definitely book here again when we come to the area. Location was stunning with a nice river running through you couldn’t hear it in the rooms
We got married here 16 years ago and have been back several times since for drinks and food. Lovely, romantic and beautiful setting with delicious food! The gentleman who greeted us kindly offered us complimentary Prosecco to celebrate our anniversary. The venue is just as stunning now as it was on our wedding day. It’s lovely to reminisce the memories of our day.
For a nice place to sit and have a relaxing drink I couldn't fault the place. The staff were friendly, and helpful.nThe food however left a lot to be desired the meat was undercooked the food was tepid at best and it lacked any flavour. Considering the prices they are asking I would go as far as to say I have had a better macdonalds. Extremely disappointing.
