Decided to book a table at Ego after it was recommended by a family member, was definitely the best meal we had when visiting Lytham. Fantastic Mediterranean options on the menu, both starters and mains were fantastic, everything cooked fresh and with quality ingredients. Service was quick and everyone was very friendly.
Very good as usual. It was my Dad's birthday and mum mentioned it in the online booking and at the table when ordering but no mention was made which a 'Happy Birthday ' could have been said or a sparkler in his big Eton Mess or something.
Food was good as always. Service was excellent as always. I don't know why they pack people into the same area of the restaurant when the restaurant was half empty. Could do with some screens to protect public health as have many of the pubs have done. Take the Velvet coaster as a prime example. Screens separating every table.
Great meal, great service, great price. Thanks guys. Best wishes to all the staff during lockdown. Look forward to coming back when you re-open.
Great food and service. Felt safe as they took proper action re covid 19. Would recommend and will definitely be going back.
Service was good HOWEVER, the cook needs a lesson on seasoning food! Orderd prawns pasta . No salt in the food, no sauce on the pasta ... I'm not sure who likes eating dry pasta lacking salt, pepper and taste. Plus after eating the food every one of us felt a little ill
