ABSOLUTE HACK JOB!!! I was left with my hair in a right state. Went in for a simple dry cut, i had hair to the middle of my back and wanted it cut to roughly shoulder length with the ends choppy. I have very thick hair so blunt ends don't sit right so usually get it chopped into at the ends. Sarah who cut my hair decided to put layers in instead but the top layer was above my ear!!! This made a 'mushroom' kind of look with the bottom layer flicking off my shoulder. It looked horrendous to the point I was in tears as she continued to cut it saying ' it's not finished and needs thinning a bit'. I asked her to cut the bottom layer a bit shorter so the shortest top layer wasn't as prominent but, this just made it worse. Shockingly she only cut it shorter on one side and I had no shorter layer on the other side. She then said it was my fault because she'd cut it with my parting in the wrong place, despite the fact I kept putting it in the right place and telling her. She didn't seem to have a clue what to do and no idea how to fix the mess she'd made. I also couldn't understand why she felt the need to drench my hair whilst cutting it! She continually ripped a comb through my hair, pulling it out from the knots she kept making from the water spray, so much so she managed to rip my earring out in the process! I left the salon in tears and absolutely gutted with the state my hair had been left in! I've used this hairdressers for a few years now and never had such a bad experience. The only saving grace is I didn't pay and left before the only option I'd of had was a pixie crop to save my hair. Fortunately another local hairdressers was available and managed to somewhat fix my hair. They were shocked at the mess the so called hairdresser, Sarah, had made and couldn't believe that I'd been allowed to leave with it as it was. I will never ever be returning to Ego in Conwy and will be making sure anyone I know will not go either!! I'd give less than one star if it was possible!

Didn’t know what I wanted so left it to Georgia to do her best and she did, it looks lovely and natural - so happy, would definitely recommend
