"Our London language school has one of the widest ranges of English courses of any of our campuses, so you have plenty of options to choose from. For a quick-start programme for beginner or elementary English speakers, try a general or intensive English course in London. We have summer options as well that move at a more relaxed pace."

I'll have been here for 9 months in September. It's a great school for improving your English. If you have an unfortunate experience with your host family, the accommodation staff are very understanding and will listen to your concerns and find a good solution. The academic staff are also very helpful and resolve any issues quickly. The only disappointing thing was the tour to Cambridge with EF staff. There were 18 students on the tour, but it was also the tour guide's first visit there. She was inexperienced, got lost many times, and ended up asking other tourists for directions. Before the break, she gave students the wrong meeting point and sent a different plan via WhatsApp during lunch, causing a lot of confusion. After this experience, I decided not to join EF tours anymore. However, apart from the EF activities, when it comes to studying English, it’s a nice place with good teachers and friends. The best strong advantage is the location. It's located in the center of the city, so you can enjoy sightseeing and stunning views anytime you want. There are also many markets near the school where you can enjoy a variety of food with friends.
I loved it so much in London! I had great opportunities to meet new people and the culture. The EF school is so amazing and I improved my language skills so well!! Can’t wait to visit London with EF again. I had one of my best times there!
My teacher was great, Kay is dinamic, her classes were always interesting. Being at EF LONDON was a great experience, I met very nice people, and my family foster was wonderful.
I had a great time in London. All teachers were great, the staff was very amicable and the lessons, although my English level was high, were very informative, especially with vocabulary and pronunciation. The classes focused more on talking, especially if most in the class will stay for a short period of time, but that is great for learning and/or gaining confidence in your speaking. The activity leaders were very friendly and can talk about almost everything. The best activity I did was the Bath trip. Since the school also reserved tickets for the Roman Bath, a place that I've been wanting to go for ages, I was over the moon. I also went to many places in London since the school is near everything. The British Museum, the Science Museum recommended by one of the activity leaders, the Natural History Museum, the Westminster Palace and even went to West End to watch the Mamma Mia play. As you can see, I love Museums. But there's also places for people who love shopping, like Covent Garden Market, where you can also watch many street performances, Camden Market for those who love food and Oxford Street for those who love shopping. So, there a bit of everything for everyone and that while still being able to learn a language.
I’ve been here for a week. I’m at level C2 and the experience with professor Sheetal is really great. She’s an extraordinary teacher and not only encourages communication between us but also share with us interesting facts about British culture and its people. Moreover, all the staff is nice and the food on campus is decent. The activities are well organized and diverse. Thank you very much, here are some photos of the experience.
I liked the vast range of activities one could choose from. However my favorite part was exploring the city of London on my own and getting to know it better during my free time. It was also a pleasant experience meeting people from all around the world who have different nationalities, languages and cultures.
My experience at the campus was amazing. Everyone in the staff was really friendly, helpful and resolutive. I learned a lot during my classes and participated almost on every activity they had available to explore more of england. Thank you so much for everything, I'm beyond happy and I'll never forget this experience!.
I was in London on 2 week course with EF and it was one of the worst experiences. I’ve spent 12k PLN so around 2300£ and I was scammed. -I had to pay 55€ for books which we didn’t even used.. -The classes I was assigned to was supposed to be C1 but the teacher had to look for the meaning of so many words on internet and was arguing with me because he didn’t want to admit I was right about some basic words -Everyone I met agreed that we basically learnt nothing and was only learning speaking when talking to each other after school -Most of people from home stay also were very dissatisfied about their families -We were staying at summer residence Moonraker Point and had so many issues there: 1. we were lied to about kitchen being fully equipped with everything to make dinnerthere was no kettle, frying pan, bowls, dish soap and some others 2. No one told us about the curfew- first night we were woken up with load banging on the door and screaming to come to the door. It was like in jail and I thought there was a terrorist attack or something 3. No bins in rooms 4. Mold on walls and ceiling 5. No one told us how to keycards to our rooms workwe had to find it ourself that to lock the room we have to also use the card 6. We were lied about CCTV cameras in the building 7. Because of no cameras some stuff from our kitchen that we HAD TO BUY OURSELVES was stolen. We were told by people staying here for longer that stealing things from kitchens is very normal here and happens 8. Because of no ventilation in the rooms we had to sleep with open windows and everyday we were being woken up by construction workers at 7am Keep in mind that it’s not only my opinion and it’s not only me who went thru that. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
The school is good, maybe it’s better if you choose the summer period because during the christmas holidays you will skip some lessons. The teachers are good, especially Danielle . Some of my friends are in the family, but sometimes I heard that the rooms are dirty or that there are rats absurd. I recommend to choose the accommodation. Ability Tower is fine, but not the best by EF. An advice for the Italians that are coming, it’s better for you if you have a lot of money because the food sucks in UK unfortunately, with a lot of money you can eat in the Italian restaurant. Maybe there is a problem with the test because the time is only 25 minutes, and if you are not used to read a lot you will find a lot of problem. Anyway good experience, amazing city and amazing fireworks during the New Year Eve. Enjoy!
