Useless customer service, listed as sole parts supplier for Sony and yet don't hold any parts for an entire series. Sharon Fergus on- Account manager needs some training in how to respond to emails. "No spares listed" isn't exactly good polite response, followed up by "speak to sony".
How can they be so poor Was originally recommended to EET EURO PARTS by HP computers as it appears it is impossible for HP to supply a replacement battery for a laptop only 2 years old - well guess what, nor can EET EURO PARTS Original order 17th September 2018, meant to be received within 72 hours - no, they have no stock suddenly. So we agree 8th October - guess what? no show, no email - nothing. After I make a call, "sorry not expecting stock till 6th November".........guess what? no show no email - nothing. Spoke to staff today 14th Nov, send us an email and we will refund the money....... oh the email is return with message not delivered code 450 The staff are always helpful to talk to but a joke........ if they cannot supply they should update ME not me ask for updates from THEM. Come on EET Euro parts - and lets also say HP should be more professional - pull your finger out , why should I buy from either company in the future?
Bought a quite expensive computer appliance. They committed before purchase to deliver it within 3 to 5 days. The part is still not with me after 13 days. The company refused to provide any compensation or to issue an immediate "Same Day" delivery. Verdict: unreliable.
seriously never gonna buy a sony product again!! £57 for charge cable. ridiculous... dont even deserve 1 star
