10/10 service from Dan. Very helpful in fixing my Iphone issue which was an apple fault. got me a new phone which was up and running with everything I needed and provided the best advice and support. Dan knew what he was doing and provided excelling customer services!
Recently upgraded, went in-store to get a case and then put on the spot as to why I didn't get the new iPhone? Bit insulted I only asked if they had the case not give a 10 slide power point presentation on why I chose this phone to some rude mouth staff member or would you take it seriously if I said representative of ee, amazing to see how you treat your customers

Great service, got what I needed and no issues whatsoever
The staff in this unit have been turning away cash paying customers, on the pretext that their "tills are not working" . This has been an on going issue for the past 3 months! Whether the store manger or the company, EE, have implicated this issue, is unknown. What is known is that customers, who are paying by cash, are told to go elsewhere to top up. On Monday 9 June, I was told to go to WH Smith, located opposite EE. It is quite annoying when a company, that supposedly supplies a service to you, which you pay for, blatantly lie for some financial matter or gain! I have written to Michael Denton, Executive Customer Resolution Team, only to receive an automated response! Complacency at it's very best! Great service, EE!!! I am not the only person to have been refused service, there have been a number of others who have had similar treatment. I booked an appointment for a particular time here. I turned up 5 minutes early and was overlooked as other walk-in customers were served before me. Pointless even making the appointment as I was treated like any other walk in. In the end my query couldn't even be resolved and the member of staff wasn't the most knowledgeable. Not sure I'll be visiting again.
Got what I wanted, good customer service, however they promised to cancel my old broadband contract but it didn't happen. Luckily I checked with my old provider, otherwise I probably would have paid double next month.
Went into upgrade served by a staff member called Dan, absolute credit to EE! Friendly and ensured I got the best deal, didn’t mind answering my endless amount of questions. His Customer service skills were brilliant as was his product knowledge! Will be using this EE from now on! Thank you!

Lovely, convenient store but when I’m there for a replacement SIM card and the staff we’re terrible. The staff are busy gossiping and speaking with themselves than the customers waiting to be served. When I was with Vodafone the Uxbridge store was amazing, I could be in and out in 5mins with a replacement sim. EE make everything difficult and there upselling is ridiculous I’ve got a contract 200GB which is due for an upgrade and wanted me to upgrade mentioning my iPhone 11 is dated that they would be able to offer me IPhone 12 with 200GB 5G data. I had repeatedly mentioned that I never use up more than 50GB data and 5G doesn’t interest me as 4G is sufficient for me. Absolutely ridiculous!!
