I came only to change a SIM card and managed to get other things I wasn't even aware about sorted. Safah has provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Her attention to detail to cater to my needs, offered me a coffee and was always reassuring me regarding the wait time. Now I am saving more money and got better deals on my internet and phone contracts. Unbelievable service 10/10.
I visited the EE shop with my boyfriend and had an amazing time. It's not just a store for purchasing cell phone contracts; they offer a variety of fun experiences. We tried out their virtual reality stand, relaxed in the spa zone with calming music, and enjoyed the complimentary drinks like coffee and tea. The game zone was a blast too. It's definitely a place worth visiting for a unique and enjoyable experience
Marvelous Mall, almost everything available to buy from grocery to garments. Variety of food chains there to taste differently. Once you enter into the mall you don't get bored. Good for couples and families. Highly recommended to visit specially on weekends.
The service given by Maisam is really good whereas, EE network won the best awards last many years and still going to giving best whereas employees and managers are doing great and working for best.
Very horrible experience as it was more than 3 weeks after placing the order and visiting the store multiple times, I didn't get my device and then store manager Moosa promised me an adaptor for the inconvenience caused and after being fed up I told to cancel my order and then they also denied to give the adaptor and when I told them this is not the service which a customer expects and told I'm gonna leave a bad review for which they replied that's fine with a smile.
