This is the worst EE store I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Over the past year I have been there twice, first to upgrade my phone and then to switch my broadband to EE. Simple , straightforward transactions. Unfortunately the entire team in this store is simply incapable of executing the most basic of transactions without me having to go back and sort through the mess they create. This is my local EE store but I now drive 20 mins away to Sale if I need to visit EE. The staff are more interested in the ratings you will give them via text message the next day rather than actually doing their job well in the first place. An attitude of sign them up and deal with the details later is my repeated experience. Poorly trained, poorly managed with the problem solving ability of a peanut.
Waiting over an hour to talk to customer service advisor, wish someone told me I have to wait that long. Only two customers were in the shop when I walked in and two customer service advisors were in the shop, never thought I have to wait over an hour. Very poor customer service, that’s my last visit here. Disappointing. Wish I could give you 0 star rating but unfortunately just one star rating is lowest one.
Always helpful @ EE Altrincham. Guided me through various options for my new phone contract. Suggested which new phone might be best suited to my needs. Phone ordered, a Google Pixel 7A, delivered to the EE shop promptly, all my contacts, Apps etc moved over quickly. Camera capabilities are excellent. I'm enjoying getting to know what my phone can do. Thank you EE. Staff member Carl, I think I have his name right, was exceptional.
El at Altrincham was super helpful when I came in straight after a stranger broke my phone in the ice rink.
3:30pm and the Manchester Derby was kicking off. Walking past and so a promotion was interested in, decided not to go and give them my business because their employees were stood in front of their shop tv, watching the football and on their phones. Very unprofessional and gave off the vibe that they didn’t want to be there.
The phone retailer on the high street. Had to visit to sort out my kids phone accounts but seems like their left hand doesn't know what their right hand is doing. Thought I'd sorted it until i.arrived home when I received notification that they had not sorted it. Needs another visit when hopefully I'll get it sorted. Very long winded to sort what should be a simple solution!

We had a good experience Saturday the 9th October 21, we were looked after and given good information from Nathan, he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to sell us a good package deal as well as save us some money. There was some difficult customers in the shop and the staff were doing their best to help them. Thank you Nathan
Great staff and very helpful. They sorted out mine and my wife’s annual upgrades when another store had issues with the system and claimed they couldn’t do it Mo and his team worked around this to get the problems sorted. 100% would definitely recommend and I will travel here every time rather than the 4 other shops that are closer to me.
Managed to sign up to a contract for an agreed price same as online and was charged an extra £7 on my monthly bill. Prices on EE website have now increased. Was not filled with confidence by the staff
