Went in for a replacement SIM card and apparently they signed me up for a 24m contract! Absolute scam and on Xmas eve too! Called EE who said it "looks very suspicious" and will investigate. Complete criminals.
We were served by a lovely gentleman called Abuzar in EE Trafford Centre. There wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer! He is such an asset to the store and team. I wish him every success in his medical studies.
Had an AMAZING experience to in Stretford EE Store Arnold was great and went through the best deals for me and provide expert advice.

Just been to this shop this afternoon to set up my new iPhone first the guy said we don’t do it here then I said I bought it from EE online then it said again the WIFI is not good enough to do it. Not recommended to anyone and very disappointing
