Shockingly expensive. Quotes £40 to cut a car key. Tudor Dry Cleaners 100 yards away behind Sainsburys in Tadley charged me £8 for the same key. Same to be said for dry cleaning prices, Iphone accessory prices and alteration prices. I am new to the area so didnt realise that local shops grow by overcharging the locals. This outfit is more expensive than central London. Add to this the  atitude of the owner and this is a place to avoid at all costs. Simply read the arrogant response to the ladys review before this one and you will see. Now read the nonsense response from the village idiot that owns the place, to my honest review, a poundland Steve Jobs. Absolutely no  concept of customer service. Awful place.

I have just picked up a pair of very old cream lounge curtains which were quite marked which I put in for dry cleaning. They came back as good as new with no shrinkage and marks all gone, and the tie backs which were very grubby came up beautifully too. Brilliant job!! Thanks.

Absolutly awful customer service,  paid desposit for my child’s iPad screen to be fixed, had a phone regarding the charging port, said I will get back to him regarding the CHARGING PORT …. Still did not fix the screen,  Turned up to collect iPad, screen hasn’t been fixed then tried to con more money out of us, saying the price has gone up from £75 to £90 …. Phone repair is awful - £90 to replace iPhone 7 Plus screen and the ear speaker doesn’t work. Brought it back and within 5 mins got it working. It literally last 10 minutes and stopped working again. Further to this, the phone screen wouldn’t respond to the touch at least 5 times a day and the only way to get it to work was to restart the phone by holding down the lock and volume button. Owner is horrifically rude and arrogant. Not apologetic and when I took it back to him 2 months later already been back once which repair didn’t work and because I work 60 hours a week and haven’t got time to be without a phone for a full day whilst he opens it up to look at it. Baring in mind the screen apparently has 6 months warranty, his response was ‘not a lot I can do about it because you were supposed to come back the next day but didn’t bother’ - how does this work as if it’s six months warranty then why does it make any difference at all? Was arrogant and obnoxious and was trying to actually tell me off for not coming in sooner! If it’s under warranty it’s under warranty! In the end I bought a new phone as refuse to deal with such a con man! The phone screens he uses are cheap as well, you’ll notice the colour on the replacement versus genuine apple ones is dull and no where near as vivid. Appalling customer service, shocking way of doing business and an embarrassment to Tadley. Would strongly not recommend to anyone! He encouraged me to post this on social media so here you are my friend! : - ‘go on then you do that, have fun, off you pop’ is his exact words.

Phoned in a panic on Saturday morning 11.00am needed my wedding suit for my daughters wedding that day shortened as I had a go and ruined it by 12.00 that morning they had repaired my damage and put it right thank you soo much amazing service and really helpful saved my dayService:&nbsp;Alterations

Highly recommend Dhreen for alterations.   I went to him with a tricky, rush job.  Not only was he able to help at such short notice but he spent a lot of time in getting the garment to fit perfectly.  I will definitely use his services again for future alterations.  Thank you again!
