We always have great customer service from Jon and his team. He knows his stuff and can find the right lenses for my other half who has a rather complicated prescription. If you want the right glasses at the right price, come here.

When Specsavers messed up my varifocal prescription, John and his colleagues came to the rescue. From the receptionists to the opticians, everyone is so friendly and professional. A fantastic level of knowledge and so helpful.  Really can't praise Edwards enough. Superb!

Haven't been here before but had a problem with my eye under lockdown. Emailed a picture and the optometrist called me straight back so we could discuss the problem - thanks Jeannette, really put me at ease.
