Phil was an absolute star today. We had 5x1 tonne pallets and despite an oily truck bed+tail lift and an electric pallet truck that was falling apart he stuck it through the grueling 40 minutes delivery. Absolutely fantastic from him.
Avoid!!! Tell your friends to do the same!!!!nnUnless...you want your parcel go missing for a week. Or you fancy it not being delivered to a safe place.nnAll of that happened to me, so i decided to travel 20mi to their depot, to collect my parcell, and was met by a guy who calls himslef the manager of the warehouse. One of his first questions was: who told you to come and pick up your parcel? Surely after such a promissing start nothing go wrong right?nnNot the guy refused to serve me at the end, as wasn't nice enough to him. I called him useless after that, i still stand by that.nnIf you're buying tyres online from Oponeo, or Tyreleader, please bare in mind it could be delivered by these, therefore i suggest you buy elsewhere, spare your nerves.nnA little tiny credit to the team leader who at least appologised for the whole incident.
Great courier service. Nice that they accept drop offs until 7pm. Only downside is sometimes you have to wait a while before they open the gate as there is no bell, you just have to hope someone looks up at the cctv
Just had to call up for a change of delivery address as we had the wrong one on the booking. Trevel James helped to update the delivery and helped step by step to amend booking online, asked me to email him details and changed within 5-10mins. Very helpful and we will have a very happy customer. Thank you so much for the quick and professional service!
Very unreliable. They claimed that the delivery person 'attempted delivery ' but yet we stayed up looking through the windows and no one came. I rescheduled delivery for next day and same thing happened. I called the office and it seemed I was lying. If delivery person came around, he definitely didn't press the bell...no Knock the door. I've had to drive almost 10miles to collect the parcel after waiting for about a week for it.
