I came as an emergency to have a tooth removed, the staff on the phone was outstanding and really helpful in getting me booked in although the surgery was extremely busy.nFast forward : 7 days in still had a lot of pain again the receptionist got me in the same day,infection had kicked in given antibiotics .n14 days in still pain called again to be told come through we will get you seen.nLeaving with a stronger dose of antibiotics within 3 days all the pain had settled due .nToday 7/8/24 called again with a sharp spike in my gum.nTold again we have no appointments but still went above & beyond to get me seen..nnThe dentist herself not sure on her name was amazing, she thoroughly bade me feel comfortable, explained everything throughout each visit also.nnHighly recommend Edlington dental care .n10/10 customer care .
I have been going to this Dentist for years All staff are friendly. Mr Kellam is Brilliant always put you at ease but he only does a couple of days as week I think, so now I see Daisy who is excellent again puts you at ease and is super friendly. Reception staff are really great always do their best to book you an appointment although it's always super busy. I Feel very luck as I know lots of people struggle to find a good Dentist

The dental assistant today was absolutely fantastic with my daughter who was having 2 teeth out. The dentist herself was also brilliant but a special thanks to the assistant who was so reassuring and kind. I can’t thank them both enough for the care they provided.
I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. From the first phone call my experience has been marvellous. I was in pain and extremely anxious. The whole team could not have supported me any better with their patience and care. The environment is professional and welcoming. The surgery is immaculate, modern and organised. The dentist and nurse could not do enough to put me at my ease and went above and beyond with their approach. Nothing was too much trouble and there was never a feeling of being a nuisance. The attention to detail was spectacular and the whole experience was was managed at my pace, with no sense of being an inconvenience or being rushed along. I intend on remaining with them going forward. Thankyou to this exceptional dentist - ‘good old fashioned, treating people right’ you can’t put a price on that.
