My friend and I ordered a funeral wreath for 1st March. The staff in the shop at birchwood were so helpful. We chose a beautiful one from the book we looked in and when we saw them on the day they were just as beautiful. Thank you to everyone at Edith Highams florist. The only thing I would say is it would be nice if there was a quiet area to sit and look at the books and discuss what you want. In our case it wasn’t a family member but I would imagine if it was then it would be better to have this. I know it’s only a small shop but even a small corner would be ideal private time in case family are upset looking for what they want. Thanks again for your wonderful service! Pat and Aly xx

The customer service from this shop is outstanding, such a friendly and helpful service, even went the extra mile to get a bottle of wine to go with the flowers and chocolate for my mums 60th last week. Amazing service, feel proud of yourself. Thanks nikki x x

Flowers arrived but nothing like I'd asked! Wanted mainly orange bouquet, got mainly green bouquet, requested lillies, not a single one in the bouquet. These were for my mums birthday, and I'm pretty disappointed!!
