About YMCA Surbiton is a family centre packed with activities for all ages Story The fully air-conditioned gym at YMCA Surbiton has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. Recently refurbished and re-fitted with all new Precor equipment it is spacious and has ample equipment and so queues for machines are rare. The gym is equipped with TV’s and cardio theatre; so you can work-out to your favourite music or make sure you don’t miss your favourite TV programme. Our fitness Instructors are always on hand to help advise you in your work out. Included with membership is the ‘Get Started Programme’, five one-to-one appointments that will help you get the most from your work-out. Mission Providing a supportive environment for residents and pubic alike, the YMCA Surbiton is at the heart of the community and on the high street.
