"At No1 pizza we bake authentic pizzas under a real flame and on a stone just like you would in Italy.We knead our dough daily on site from the highest quality flour and let it ferment for at least 24 hours, so it brings out the best flavour. We then hand stretch and toss our pizzas to be topped with the finest ingredients. All vegetables are sourced locally.We welcome you to come in and see how it only takes around 3 minutes to cook the pizza in our hand-built Italian oven.At No1 pizza our aim is to deliver better pizza at a good price that does not compromise on taste with outstanding customer service on every order."
