About A quirky Tearoom in the heart of the beautifully, historic City of Chester. Story Mad Hatters is located at the beautiful, 350 year old rectory on Bridge Street Row. We have a gorgeous menu of locally sourced homemade dishes which includes light lunches, 'elevenses' and our house specialty, Afternoon Tea. We have a wide variety of freshly baked cakes and offer these to take away too. We also offer cupcake towers, celebration and wedding cakes, macaron towers and also individual favours to help you celebrate that special occassion in a huge variety of flavours! We can accomodate large groups if booked in advance, and can also offer exclusive function room or full venue hire.
