About Established in 2002 The Bureau is situated in Whiteabbey, a little village beside Belfast Lough, just 6 miles from Belfast Story Bureau Cafe Bar on the ground floor is open all day-every day for drinks, entertainment, coffee and freshly prepared seafood & grill dishes.
