About Battersea Park Children's Zoo is an exciting animal experience that combines a zoo, animal encounters, large well equipped play area, gift shop and café. Story Battersea Park Children’s Zoo can be found by the picturesque riverside walk in leafy Battersea Park. It is an exciting animal experience that combines a zoo, animal encounters, large well equipped play area, gift shop and café. Amongst the animals you can see are cheeky monkeys, noisy otters, leaping lemurs, nosey meerkats and farmyard favourites. At the weekend and during the school holidays visitors can watch the animals eat at set feeding times; a chance to see the otters dive for their fish or the meerkats come running, tails in the air, for their favourite treat. Visitors can also take part by helping the friendly animal keepers to feed the farm animals. The perfect venue for a family outing.
