About The Wheeldale is a warm and welcoming four star guesthouse set in an enviable location on top of Whitby's west cliff - Graced with dramatic sea views. Story At the Wheeldale we embrace the old adage that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We take great care to ensure our guests enjoy a first class breakfast, made with locally sourced produce. A full breakfast includes award winning local butcher's sausages and bacon from Ford Butchers of Glaisdale, free-range farm eggs, country mushrooms and fresh tomatoes from Wilson's of Whitby. The Wheeldale is constantly innovating to meet the needs of its guests and is now one of very few guesthouses in Whitby to offer its guests facilities including Sky television (movies and sports) and wireless internet access, in all rooms.
