About All Hallows Healthcare Trust is a registered charity and expanding organisation offering a wide range of quality healthcare services. Story We are a registered charity and provide a seamless service of integrated health and social care to help improve the health and well-being of people living in Norfolk and Suffolk. The work at All Hallows provides a valuable service for the young and old who have rehabilitation and long term needs. We have two main locations, All Hallows Hospital situated in Ditchingham South Norfolk, with the Daycare Centre, situated in the grounds and All Hallows Nursing Home in Bungay Suffolk, we also have a satellite Homecare office in Lowestoft. Services include: Daycare (for adults) Homecare Medical Assessment Nursing Home care Palliative care Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation Respite care Specialist Care Home (for people with physical and sensory disabilities) Including: Housework Laundry & Ironing Befriending Meals on Wheels. Bathing Service Continuing Healthcare in the Community Although we have contractual arrangements with surrounding healthcare providers for inpatient beds, we are independent. The money we receive from these contracts pays for the care we provide but not for the equipment needed such as beds, mattresses and specialist slings. To raise these funds the Trust relies heavily on the generosity of local people and arranges fundraising events throughout the year. Donations and legacies help ensure that we are able to continue our vital work.
