About Results for life. The only changes that matter, are those that are personal to you and permanent. Story Storm was founded in a professional sports team’s gym by Spencer Davey whilst a professional sportsman. Storm has since grown a reputation locally for our work with executives, actors alongside the work we do with sportsmen and women including amateur athletes, youth and professionals. Storm were pioneers of creating training and nutrition plans that integrate robust psychology and human behavioural change. We have worked with a total of 10 professors and professionals in the areas of psychology, sports psychology, human behavioural psychology, coaching and NLP to develop our unique approach. Storm have an ongoing relationships with local physiotherapists, nutrition and psychology professors and coaches to ensure our team continue to develop our understanding. Storm created the first arms only group class and we were famous for our strongman conditioning circuits. We ceased group training in 2015 to focus solely on the delivery of the highest standard of personal one to one training which is what we do best!
