About A repair hub in Leith, Edinburgh, we hold weekly workshops teaching repair and reuse skills, and sell second-hand recycled and upcycled IT equipment and furniture. All whilst promoting a sustainable, zero waste culture. Story The Edinburgh Remakery is part of the Remade in Edinburgh social enterprise. Our mission is to make repair education accessible to everyone to build a stronger, waste-free community, and support vulnerable people within our city. We refurbish and upcycle second hand furniture items and IT equipment, rescuing them from becoming waste and giving them a new lease of life. We run regular workshops in repair skills, arts, and crafts, including upholstery, sewing, pyrography, bookbinding, leather repair, and more, all of which can be found and booked on our website www.edinburghremakery.org.uk Our weekly free Repair Surgery runs from 6-8:30pm every Thursday, where our expert tutors teach you the skills to repair your broken textile and IT items, including laptops, computers, printers, phones, and ipads. Products Second-hand refurbished and affordable furniture and IT equipment, woodwork, furniture, and textiles workshops, IT and sewing repair appointments.
