Soak up the atmosphere in our unspoilt bar and dining rooms, or soak up the sunshine in our spacious walled garden. Enjoy our simple, unfussy food, made with the best local produce, local ales, fine wines and, if you're staying, stylish but cosy bedrooms. We are family-owned and family-run and pride ourselves on a warm welcome to all. The Horseshoes dates back to 1725, its long history evident in the traditional serving hatch (one of few surviving in Norfolk), pamment-tiled floors, scrubbed wooden tables and many authentic features. You can eat and drink in the snug atmosphere of our bar and dining rooms, warm and cosy in the winter and refreshingly cool in the summer. Or you can enjoy the glorious Norfolk outdoors in the sheltered environment of our walled garden, with plenty of space for adults, children and dogs.
