Treatments can include electro therapy e.g. Ultrasound, TENS; sports massage; mobilisation; myo-fascial massage; stretches; rehabilitation programmes; exercises including core stability and strengthening. We both work with professional jockeys, doing pre and post race sports massage. Rather than just massage, we can offer comprehensive assessment to diagnose why various problems are re-occuring, and provide rehabilitation exercises to help prevent problems.
