About Wilson Dental laboratory LTD is a specialists dental laboratory in removable prosthesis, offering a range of other services. Story Wilson Dental laboratory LTD was established in 1990 by practice owner Maurice Wilson who has been providing a reliable service of quality dentures since 1963. With moving to bigger premises in Jan 2009 we have been able to increase our staff of technicians to cover a high demand of work. We produce a wide range of prosthetic work. To the Public we can offer a one hour emergency denture repair service. For Dental Surgeries we offer a 4 day turnaround with a 24hr express service available.
